REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Free Enrollment and Free Membership

The loyalty program for Lotus Lashes is free to join, with no fees or obligation. Registration can be done at www.lotuslashes.com. Customers signing up for the Loyalty Program must already have a Lotus Lashes Store account (as that is how points are earned). The program is for individual customers only (i.e. no corporations, businesses, groups, clubs, charities, wholesale or Lotus Pro accounts, or any other similar organization) at a maximum of one account per person. Accounts cannot be combined. Loyalty Program Members earn points when purchasing products at www.lotuslashes.com. Points are earned automatically as long as the purchases are made while logged into their store account.

Points
Points are earned on a dollar for point basis, with 20 bonus points given at signup. So a $100 purchase earns 100 points (points are awarded on the cost of items, not shipping, taxes, gift cards, or similar). You can track your reward point balance by simply signing into your account. Reward points are not transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, nor are valid for cash, except as outlined below.

Birthday Bonus
You need to register your birthday on the account page on or before the end of your birthday month to be eligible for 50 bonus birthday points. You must make at least one lifetime qualifying order on www.lotuslashes.com to be eligible for yearly birthday bonuses. The qualifying order must be made at least 30 days before the 1st day of the birthday month to receive the birthday bonus for that calendar year. Once a qualifying order has been made, you will receive birthday bonuses every year. If you fill in your birthday before your birthday month, the bonus will be rewarded at the beginning of the month. If you fill in your birthday during your birthday month, the bonus will be awarded at the end of the month. Finally, your loyalty account must be active in order to receive a birthday bonus.

Use of Rewards
Rewards points are redeemed for coupons. The coupons awarded are valid for one year after being awarded, and are redeemable for purchases at our website www.lotuslashes.com. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalent, and are only valid on purchases made after the coupon is awarded. There is a one coupon per purchase limit. Lotus is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards.

Returns and Exchanges on Purchases Made with Reward Coupons
Returns, exchanges, and refunds will be processed in accordance with the normal Lotus Lashes policies regarding such. Generally, customers will receive a refund/credit for the full sale amount of the returned item, less the amount of any rewards coupon redeemed - no credit and/or monetary refund on rewards coupons will be issued.

Availability of Points
You can check your points balance by logging into your account at www.lotuslashes.com. While Lotus Lashes updates points balance on a timely basis, points availability for any purchase may take up to 72 hours after your item has been shipped to be reflected in your points balance. Claims for points not credited must be received by Lotus Lashes within 45 days from the date of referenced purchased. Lotus Lashes will assume no liability for any delay, failure, or other error in crediting rewards points to your account.

Account Inactivity / Cancellation
Lotus Lashes reserves the right to cancel rewards accounts that are inactive for a period of at least one year.  This will result in a forfeiture of all earned points.  You may re-enroll in the rewards program, but previous balances will not be restored.

Reward Expiration
You must use your reward(s) coupons within one year after issuance.

Miscellaneous
This terms and conditions are subject to Lotus Lashes’ interpretation of such, and by enrolling in the rewards program, you agree to the full Terms and Conditions stated herein, and further agree to be bound by any changes made to such. If you wish not to accept these Terms and Conditions, or any subsequent modifications to such, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your membership in the rewards program. The Lotus Rewards Program is void where prohibited by law. Membership in and benefits of the Lotus Rewards Program are offered at the sole discretion of Lotus Lashes. Lotus Lashes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Terms and Conditions and/or rewards program, such as limiting, suspending, canceling, discontinuing, terminating, changing, or otherwise amending such, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice to Lotus Rewards members (including, but not limited to, our right to expire or otherwise modify rewards points). Lotus Lashes further reserves the right to terminate or suspend reward membership and/or points/certificates due to fraud, misuse, or incorrect personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy, currency, and completeness of your personal information to maintain your eligibility.

Lotus Lashes assumes no responsibility for any unspecified expenses related to the enrollment/use of the Lotus Rewards Program. Cancellation of your membership in the Lotus Rewards Program can be done by emailing us at info@lotuslashes.com. The preceding Terms and Conditions make up the entirety of the agreement between us regarding the Lotus Rewards Program, and supersede any prior oral or written agreements. If a court of law holds any of these Terms and Conditions unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall nevertheless remain enforceable. The failure by Lotus Lashes to act on any breach or deviation of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of Lotus Lashes’ right to act with respect to any future breaches or deviations.

Privacy
Lotus Lashes respects the privacy of its Lotus Rewards members. Lotus Lashes will not sell, lease or otherwise disclose personally identifying information (such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, emails, birth dates) to non-affiliated companies or entities, unless required by law. Further, Lotus Rewards members may exclude themselves from emails and mailings from Lotus. By creating and using a Lotus Rewards account, members consent to the use of the member’s personal information for administering the loyalty program (such as utilizing a birthday to send a birthday gift), for internal marketing and promotional purposes, and for internal market research by Lotus Lashes and its affiliates.  Lotus Lashes does document information regarding the purchases made with your Lotus Rewards membership, which is utilized to accrue points and also provide you with special offers. As always, all uses of your personal information may be opted out of. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and password, and are thus responsible for all activities that occur under your account and/or password. Thus, Lotus Lashes shall assume any and all activity conducted under your account is authorized by you.
